Question: What is "School Pickup"?
Answer: "School Pickup" means the goods will be delivered to the school by Lion's Den volunteers for pick-up by the student.
Middle School or High School students will be notified when their order is ready to be collected at their respective office.
Elementary school orders will be delivered to the respective class rooms.
For "School Pickup" you must provide the child's name, grade and advisory during the order completion process
Question: May I exchange an item after purchase and receipt?
Answer: Exchanges are possible within 15 days of receipt if the item is unused, unwashed, and presented with the original packaging. In order to initiate an exchange please contact us and fill-in the request. We will try to resolve the issue.
Exchanges and refunds will not be done on any of the items we no longer sell.
